You can cancel before dispatch at no cost. For made to order items, cancellations after production has begun may incur a fee.

Yes. We provide a two person delivery service to your room of choice.

Returns, Refunds & After Sales

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

Yes. You can return your sofa within 14 days of delivery. The sofa must be unused and in its original condition. If the item shows any signs of use, we will assess its condition and issue a partial refund based on the estimated reduction in value.

Warranty & Protection Plans

All Luna Furniture sofas come with a 5 year structural warranty covering frames and springs.

Manufacturing defects in the frame, springs, and structural components. It does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage.

Product Care & Maintenance

Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment and clean spills immediately. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Wipe with a soft cloth and use a leather conditioner every 6–12 months.
